OUR STORY IS FOUNDED ON ONE MISSION AND ONE MISSION ONLY: TO MAKE ART MOVE. STARRING A HERD OF COWS, EACH WITH THEIR OWN UNIQUE STORY TO TELL, COWPARADE INTERNATIONAL COMMITS ITSELF TO THE TALENTED ARTISTS WHO MAKE THIS HERD MOVE.

 

THE BIRTH OF COWPARADE
CowParade embarked on its journey in Zurich back in 1998 with a simple but ambitious goal: to celebrate local artistic talent and infuse the city streets with vibrant creativity. What unfolded was nothing short of history in the making. The CowParade phenomenon swiftly extended its artistic reach to cities like Chicago, New York, and numerous others across the globe, casting a colourful enchantment on every continent.

In over 100 events in more than 80  cities, 10.000  artists have invested their hearts and souls in crafting over 8,000 bovine masterpieces. CowParade has evolved into the world's largest public art event, a travelling gallery that expands year by year.

 

OUR PHILOSOPHY

CowParade is more than just an appreciation of art; it's a commitment to social responsibility. Many of our life-sized cows discover new homes through post-event auctions, with the majority of the proceeds directed towards charity, specifically aiding young people in need within the host country. We've raised millions worldwide, a fact we take immense pride in.

THE FIGURINES

To infuse a touch of CowParade's magic into your life, we meticulously select unique designs from the thousands available and craft precise replicas. Most of our figurines are lovingly hand-painted. This formula resonates with consumers who cherish the vibrant artwork and diverse selection. Our collection remains dynamic and current, with new designs introduced every six months.

SIZING

Here are the official sizes in the CowParade Collection:

  • XL: Approximately 28cm in height and 35cm in length, weighing around 3 kilos (mostly hand-painted).
  • Large: Approximately 20cm in height and 30cm in length, weighing about 1,8 kilos (mostly hand-painted).
  • Medium Resin: Approximately 10cm in height and 15cm in length, weighing around 0,5 kilos (Hand-painted). Please beware, with the numerous shapes and forms, sizes are purely indicative.
  • Medium Ceramic: Approximately 11cm in height and 16cm in length, weighing about 0,3 kilos (Decal).
  • Small Cows: Approximately 4cm in height and 6cm in length, weighing around 0,1 kilos (a mix of hand-painted and decal).
